Registrations for the 2023 edition of the Music In Africa Conference for Collaborations, Exchange and Showcases (ACCES) are now open on a first-come, first-served basis.

This year, children and their teachers, as well as guests from the worlds of politics and business, conducted research on the topic of "The Adventure of Space - Come along!

Dr. Nathalie von Siemens has been appointed President of the Siemens Stiftung Board of Trustees. She succeeds Berthold Huber, who has held this position since 2014. Birgit Steinborn has also been made a member of the Board of Trustees. Dr. Andreas C. Hoffmann, member of the Board of Trustees, succeeds Dr. Nathalie von Siemens as Deputy President of the Board of Trustees.

Moving forward the internationally active Siemens Stiftung will focus its project work on the three cross-foundation topics of “Access to Essential Services,” “Connected Societies,” and “Climate & Sustainability.” The necessary transformations demanded by these global challenges will be actively shaped by the foundation in an increasingly interdisciplinary manner from its Education, Social Entrepreneurship and Arts & Culture working areas

BeMINT_Nigeria training and internship program provided 300 youths with practical digital, and soft skills in Lagos. Dr. Nina Smidt participated in the closing ceremony on June 24 with students, teachers and project partners.

The five-day event will kick off with teacher training workshops by Latin America for Climate Change Education partners.
